Fire Up Sports is Katikati's local independent sports store selling top quality sporting goods, bait & ice. Mike and I opened Fire Up Sports in September 2019. We are both very passionate about sports especially fishing. We would love to stock every item for every sport but of course that is not possible so if we haven’t got what you want, we will do everything we can, to get it for you.
As winners of the 2020 Katikati & Waihi Beach Community Awards “Retail Business of the Year” in our first year of business, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, second to none.
In October 2022 we will also be selling Bait, Ice & Limited Tackle from our home at 279 Beach Road, Katikati.
